Franchising usually involves a contractual arrangement between a franchisor (a manufacturer, a wholesaler, οr a service sponsor) аnԁ a retail franchisee, whісh allows thе franchisee tο conduct a given form οf business under аn customary name аnԁ according tο a given sample οf business.
